If you wish to subscribe to our mailing list, we require your email address. We never sell or rent our databases and we never make your personal information public. We do not engage in any SPAM messages. Any email you receive from us will be with regards to your purchase and/or technical support.

Cookies
Cookies are used on this site to enable clients to remember their login details and to auto login. When a client is logged in we can of course identify them as a client which removes the need to enter CAPTCHA codes on contact forms and also provides access to other client only areas. If you do not wish to have a cookie used then you can uncheck the auto login checkbox on the login form.

Session cookies are used to store your shopping cart contents while on our site.

Financial information
We do not store any financial data such as credit card or bank account details. These are handled securely and separately by our payment processors, such as Paypal, 2checkout and Clickbank. When you purchase from us we will store only your contact details as provided by the payment processor for bookkeeping purposes and your IP address as required by EU and other jurisdictions for VAT handling. We will never sell, rent or make public this information. We do not engage in any SPAM messages. Any email you receive from us will be with regards to your purchase and / or technical support.

Advertising
As you browse vibralogix.com, advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. Our display advertising partner, AdRoll, then enables us to present you with retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with vibralogix.com. The techniques our partners employ do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address or telephone number. You can visit this page to opt out of AdRoll and their partners’ targeted advertising.

Support, upgrade and download policy

When you purchase from us you will receive 1 year of support and upgrades. This means that any upgrades released within a year of purchase will be available free of charge. After the year has expired you will need to pay for an upgrade. The cost of an upgrade may vary but usually we offer a generous 50% discount against the full license price. When you purchase an upgrade you will receive another 1 year of support and free upgrades. To obtain the discounted upgrade and extra license pricing you must login to your account. We do not offer refunds where new licenses are purchased instead of upgrades or extra licenses at the discounted price but at our discretion we may offer a credit against further purchases.

You can download your original purchase and any free upgrades released during your support period by logging in to the support area using the login details we provide when you purchase. This service is available outside of your support period as well.

Support is provided via email only. We do not provide telephone support as this would increase dramatically the cost of our products. In general we answer emails within a few hours if we receive them during UK business hours but please allow 24 hours. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours this almost certainly means our reply has been spam filtered so check your spam folder and ensure that vibralogix.com is white listed. Some ISP's delete emails they have flagged as spam so in this case we would advise emailing us from an alternative email and including a telephone number in case of further problems.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued if the product purchased cannot be installed or made to work as advertised. Refunds are provided only after a support team member has assisted with your installation or has verified the product was properly installed. This may or may not include logging into your site to check your settings and to make any necessary adjustments to our software configuration files. Refunds will not be issued more than 30 days after purchase.

In no event shall Vibralogix Ltd (or it's employees) be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special and exemplary damages, or any damages whatsoever, stemming from the use or performance of any information, products and services provided through this web site, even if this web site has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Although Vibralogix Ltd does its best to maintain the information, products and services it offers on the Website, it cannot be held responsible for any mistakes, faults, lost profits or other consequential damages arising from the use of Vibralogix Ltd products.

Unauthorized Resale or Distribution of Products

Vibralogix Ltd does not allow the unauthorized resale or distribution of products (or modifications of products) and will pursue any means necessary to prevent it. This includes contact from an attorney, an abuse report to your web host and charges filed with local authorities, the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and similar agencies in other jurisdictions.
